In light of COVID-19 and the effect it is having throughout Ottawa and around the world, the staff and I have made the socially-responsible decision to close the clinic until March 30th.

This decision was not taken lightly and is in line with Ottawa Public Health recommendations to limit all
non-essential services, as well as the Chief Medical Officer of Canada’s recommendation to practice
social distancing.

As it stands now, the clinic is scheduled to re-open Monday, March 30th. However, this may change as
we continue to receive daily updates regarding the spread of COVID-19. We will be calling all patients
that are currently booked and do our best to reschedule you as soon as we can.

What matters most right now is that we take the best course of action to protect you, our patients, and
keep ourselves, our family, and our community safe by helping to limit the spread of COVID-19.

Please take care of yourselves these next few weeks and do your best to practice social distancing so
that we can all help to flatten the curve and get ahead of this pandemic. Social responsibility is of the
utmost importance during this time.

With that being said, I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
